What qualifies you
To be eligible for the refund, three simple things need to be true:
Complete onboarding
Finish the Town Ambassador onboarding so you actually know how the platform works and how to verify listings.
Put in a real effort
Actively work your territory during the year — get out and verify local businesses, organizations, and places. As an objective measure of genuine effort, this means verifying at least 10 listings in a single month at some point during your first year.
Stay in good standing
Keep your license active and follow the Town Ambassador guidelines throughout the year.
How the refund works
Tell us before your year is up
Email us at any point before your first year ends to request the refund. As long as you notify us in time and meet the participation terms above, you qualify.
We confirm your participation
We review your account to confirm you completed onboarding and met the activity terms. No hoops, no interrogation — just a check that the terms were met.
We refund your Territory License Fee
We refund 100% of your Territory License Fee within 15 days of confirmation.
The details, in plain language
- The guarantee covers your Territory License Fee. It does not cover any separate third-party costs.
- You must notify us before your first year ends — measured from the date your license activated.
- The guarantee applies once, to your initial Territory License, for ambassadors acting in good faith.
- Listings you verified remain part of the Resume5 network, and your territory becomes available for a new ambassador.
